Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on August 7 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                            
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 30 "An Act approving and                                                                               
         ratifying the sale of royalty oil by the State of Alaska                                                               
         to Petro Star Inc.; and providing for an effective
